Characterized by Community
• Series: Stand Alone Messages
This week we share a standalone message focused on the importance of community as outlined in Acts 2:42-47, coinciding with the kickoff of the fall semester for small groups. He emphasized that the early church was characterized by community, highlighted through their birth, behaviors of studying scripture and fellowship, benefits of supporting one another, and the resulting joy. The Pastor encouraged attendees to join small groups as a means of finding connection and practicing love within the Christian community. The ultimate goal is for believers to experience and share the joy of community, which not only nurtures individual faith but also becomes contagious to those outside the church. Our text this week is Acts 2:42-47, and our theme is characterized by community.
